Ok, so this is my type of gun. I love the looks of the Doomlands / Zombiestrike blasters over the more conventional types and this is a big oversize revolver with a shoulder stock. It fires well from the hip and I like it at the shoulder as well.
Its a hammer action style revolver and works just like a jumbo hammershot. The drum holds twelve rounds that can be fired off pretty quickly.
Bearing in mind these are just home made tests (no chrono readings here!) Its as accurate as most other Nerf blasters and the power seems about the same as my hammershot. But being a sort of rifle style it could do with a little more Ooomph so I think it would benefit from a spring upgrade, there's actually a fair bit of room inside that you can see through the transparent side panel which might mean you could fit a larger air chamber,

The stock has space for 12 additional darts (6 each side) and size wise its on par with my sledgefire.

Overall I like the blaster, I know the Doomlands stuff isn't every ones cup of tea and it might be found lacking in an all out "war" but for some close quarter stuff round the house its great fun.

Is the hammer pull comparable to the hammershot?

If anything because of the shape of the grip it's actually easier to operate than the hammershot.

If it's the same spring as a Hammershot, I'll try doubling up with a Havokfire spring !
