So this is my first attempt at improving on the BOOM Nitron, using Bobololo's video and a NSR 40 Shark in the pusher as opposed to a 180. This is running on 3S, and a full Pyragon drum (40 discs).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3IcwjnOZekY

Managed to whip it up in short order for the final mission of our HvZ game, where it promptly annihilated charges and developed an immediate reputation, scattering the horde either side of the disc cloud. Only issue is a lack of magazines, which I'll be solving for it's next outing.
In the meantime, I'm looking at making a Mk2 with double Shark motors OR double 180s, depending on how evil I'm feeling Smile

Some exclusive Krinkov progress. Now with added Worker stock and final magazine. I want a dozen more mags now!

This is my 180 demolisher built by oldnoob. The rocket launcher was sacrificed for better ergonomics. Future plans are more shell work, flash hider, m4 stock, rails, and desert paint scheme.

Old school springer Tacticool, 7kg power. Chrono test as soon as the rain stops!

Dog: What the f**k is that?
Mickey: It's me Bren gun.
Dog: Couldn't you have thought of something more practical?

Surprisingly simple if you have a donor raider magwell.

Oh that is just bloomin marvellous, cheers!

Very minor by the standards of the thread but here's my first wip post, just a variant on the timeworn EAT/Raider grip. I didn't want a vertical foregrip so ended up with this

Ironically the harder part- smoothing the cut lines and keeping the 2 halves nice and neat- went very well, but I lost the shape of the piece a little at the back where i cut away the original ring- it wasn't that obvious til I put paint on it. So, it needs a wee bit of rework but it's got exactly the feel I hoped for.

Oh and the snub barrel is just a little cosmetic tweak, 2 minutes in the lathe but I like it.

This thread is old, but my picture is new.

Got a few extreme Tacticool plans for this bad boy, plus hopefully a world first on the internals, if not I haven't seen another Rampatrooper.

Nice! Much cleaner than all the "glom a raider grip to the EAT slide" hacks out there

This tread is looking a little neglected. Let's fix that.

Double Rapid pistol. Like a Rapid pistol, but more.

Today's work. Almost there with the Strongarm, just need to install the OMW Unleashed kit, despite advice from Boff.

Still deciding on the paint work for the Demolisher.

**SIGH** Waiting for bits to arrive in the post to finish a MOD is boring....

(I can't complain too much as it is my fault after butchering one of the motors!)

As I doubt I will finish this before I go away fro the weekend I couldn't resist a WIP picture of my Mega-singledstrike.

A lot more work to go as far as the operable parts, dead space in the plunger tube and head to fill in and a polishing of the inner barrel before I start on pretty-ing it up on the outside. But all that being said - I am liking the look and can't wait to get this one painted up and ready for use.

Post Nerf Jackhammer!! Reply with quote
So... I've made some progress with my plans for a Nerf-style Pancor Jackhammer. Basic blaster is a Rotofury, but really there won't be a great deal left of it (just the drum and rotation mechanism).

The Jackhammer

The beginnings...

It will essentially be a K26 powered homemade bulpup loosely resembling the Jackhammer. I've just taken delivery of the nylon bar for machining the plunger head, catch plate and other parts.

It's gonna take a long time before it's finished (if it gets finished), but should be enjoyable to make. It will be interesting to see how hard it shoots!

I'm making good progress on my stryfe mod.  I've done a lot of the painting, but there is still some more work to go.

I've decided to go for LIPO's now instead of IMR's.  More work, but hopefully better in the long run.

I've got another taobao order arriving this week so more goodies for this stryfe along with my rapidstrike & demolisher projects.
