Just a heads up on these- they are not a very good fit in Rapidstrikes.
They didn't fit any of my painted ones and were tight in the only stock one in my house. They also needed the bolt to be pushed back beyond its natural stop on the EAT I used for testing the Oznerfnerd kit.
I suspect this is due to the thicker plastic used and the big infill piece below the mag lips for the RS and the mag lips being long at the back for the EAT. It might also be because of the mod spring in my EAT, but thought people might like to know.

EDIT

I moved this part of the thread off trading to give people a platform to discuss it away from Kevs listing! ON

That's interesting. I've not had that problem. They are tight in my RS but not problematicly so.

I'll keep an eye on that.

FWIW my EAT has issues with some OE clips- the front right hand side of the breech can foul the clip unless it's cranked back hard while reloading. Same thing, or a different issue?

UKNW- check out the shape of the RS mag well, it tapers at the ends, where the BP mags are square. Compare it to a raider or EAT mag well and you can clearly see the problem area. I could razor the edge down to fit. The problem is slightly more pronounced on my paint, as it makes the mag well a tiny bit tighter from the 5 coats of paint and lacquer! I would check the fit in Rayven shells too, as their mag well is very similar.
The different mag fits in springers is a common problem. The EAT can be particularly bad for fit of many different components.

EDIT- very tight fit in the Rayven also, same issue with the shape of the mag well. Not surprised.

They are a tight fit in the rapid strike but after using it and then going back to a standard straight 18 mag today, I think personally I prefer the lack of wobble to the sloppy fit of the Nerf mags.

I needed both hands to get the mag out of the Rayven and both my primary RS's.
I like the build of the Blasterparts ones, they do feel very solid. They fit better than Nerf in my Rampage and the Sten. I haven't tried them in a Retalitor or Stryfe yet.

EDIT- fits perfectly in the Stryfe, very tight in the Slingfire, needed 2 hands again, perfect in the Retaliator. Has a great Bolt Pistol look in both Stryfe and Retal.

I agree, I think this is just another problem with the EAT rather than the BP mag. Mine also didn't take OEM Nerf mags well. The feed lips rubbed against the bolt as the mag was fitted. The easiest fix is to remove a bit of plastic from the front right of the bolt with a hobby knife. That side of the bolt doesn't interact with the dart door so thankfully it doesn't muck up the timing.

Aye, exactly what I did with mine- otherwise the clips were getting bumped off to the side. IIRC it was fine with elite-era clips but temperamental with anything else.

Absolutely no idea if this is relevant though  Wink

Discovered another thing about these, they are really tight in the Demolisher as well. They look cool in it, just need two hands to remove again.

Mine actually go pretty well in the demolisher- tight, but not tighty tight, normal function etc. But yep, very tight in the rapidstrike (I think it's the length of the clip, it seems to mostly have witness marks on the front) and pretty tight in my longshots (it looks blimmin brilliant in the longshot btw, made for each other)

Oh yeah, and confirmed that in the EAT it's colliding with the feed lips (despite the blaster already being slightly edited there) so basically the same as the compatability issues I had with OEM clips, just slightly more pronounced.  I have a vague feeling that removing the locks slightly affects this though I couldn't say why that would be, it's just something that arose after I delocked it.

So not perfect but still really pleased with them and it's obvious that any issues originate with random Nerf variations.  I reckon if you're worried about high speed reloads in game you're probably going to stick with straight 18s anyway? I'll probably tweak the RS and longshot slightly to accept them better, I think it'll be a very minor edit to get a nice solid fit without excessive effort to swap. The look is pretty different to the Demo clip so I think both actually have their place, for dressup stuff (I think the demo looks better in the retaliator frinstance, less overpowering, and for some reason the blasterparts looks a bit weird in a stampede.)

Cool toys- thanks for getting them in, I'd have caved and bought them from BP sooner or later so that's a good saving

It's not the front and back, it's the taper on the sides that causes the bad fit on the RS, Rayven and tight fit of the Demo. Look at the mag well, compared to a Retal/rampage/EAT one, you can see the issue very clearly. Those are not random Nerf variations, all the Nerf mags fit, all the Worker mags fit. It's the design of the Blasterparts mag that is at fault sadly.
You can shave the square edges on the mag, but as I only have 2 I haven't bothered yet. My son has "borrowed" them lately!

ON is right - the edge just in front of the mag feed guide is where mine were sticking. An hour or so with a knife blade has shaved off enough plastic to make the mag more one hand friendly.

I had another look; it's definitely front and back on my rapidstrike. And the fit's OK in my demolisher- I think I'd actually call it superior. Which I think may prove the point, we're seeing different fit in the same blasters. Or variation in the clips of course

I have tried 4 different Rapidstrikes at my game Saturday, as well as two Demolishers. None fitted at all well. It's a square peg in a round hole. Picture inbound of the problem area.
